All goods will be delivered Free of charge to the UK Mainland.
Free delivery also applies to UK offshore destinations apart from those with product codes starting with "MSM" (See Below).
The majority of goods are despatched within 1 working day from receipt of order.
Our Std Free Delivery Service applies to deliveries throughout the UK, the goods are sent via 2nd class parcel post and can take between 3 to 5 days to arrive, if you require faster delivery times options are available for the following:
Delivery by 1st class post / Courier:
Prices start at £1.60 extra, this is a 1 to 2 day service throughout the UK and includes offshore islands namely: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands. The lighter items are sent by 1st class parcel post, all heavier items are normally sent by courier which should arrive the next day.
Delivery by Courier Only:
For the UK mainland the additional price is £6.50 this is the maximum price which covers any amount of items ordered it is a next working day service covering the UK mainland.
For offshore deliveries by courier please allow an extra day for delivery, this is because of overseas / remote locations. The additional price for delivery by courier to offshore destinations can be up to £17.50, however please note that the 1st class service for offshore destinations also takes 1 to 2 days and it is normally cheaper to select this option for all offshore destinations.
MSM Product Codes.
These are goods with product codes starting "MSM" and are also clearly marked with "(MSM)" in the product description. They are manufactured to suit and are sent direct to the UK mainland only, these goods can take between 7 - 10 days to arrive. Please do not select the faster delivery option for these goods as they will not arrive any sooner.
